Qualcare nurses provide a continuity of medical care and assistance in the comfort
of the clients place of residence.
Our nurses are highly qualified, skilled professionals with current clinical skills
and home care experience. In consultation with the physician, Qualcare registered nurse will perform a comprehensive skilled
nursing assessment and develop an individualized care plan to meet the patient's needs. Qualcare would then provide
the appropriate services and communicate progress reports to the physician. Registered nurses are on call ready to make visits
on a 24 hour basis.

Hopital to Home Service
We can provide hospital to home service which is convenient, easy and flexible
addition to your existing hopital transportation program. Unlike other trasportation services, we provide the extra
attention patients need before leaving home and upon returning.
